Port Melbourne residence is a large scale alterations and additions on an inner-city heritage site, with living spaces that visually and physically connect to the rear & central outdoor areas. This residence utilises passive design principles and integrated ESD systems such as rainwater flush systems, compact fluorescent lights, etc. It is also designed to use materials with low embodied energy and finishes with low/no toxic (VOC)levels.
