Yarragon Residence (under construction)

Yarragon residence is designed on a semi-rural site for a local artist. The residence has achieved a 7 star energy rating, accomplished through passive design principles and integrated ESD systems such as rainwater flush systems, compact fluorescent lights, etc. It is also designed to use materials with low embodied energy and finishes with low/no toxic (VOC)levels.
